42nd East Bakehouse

Here are a few mock ups I made for some of the ideas that were discussed in regard to the growth and potential projects at 42nd East Bakehouse. A few of the ideas that were mentioned were merchandise which I mocked up a few ideas in terms of products but also design too, introducing the utensils idea which would have a burnt in logo on the wooden handle, but be silicone utensils (due to bacteria staying in the wood of full wooden utensils) which are sustainable. As part of a launch of this and the loyalty scheme online it would be something to offer a 'free gift' with orders over x amount, which not only gets the brand out, it also encourages people to want the rest of the set!
I included a hoodie design which came from the thought of a loungewear range but have connected it with the mental health link in 42nd but also the quotes which you see on the coffee cups at present date.
Another was the possibility of an introduction to the Loyalty Scheme which would be rolled out for the online users who order online from the shop and the incentive to keep them buying, this would be through collection of stamps/points which total up and then offering a discount off their next order.
The idea of a recipe book and using QR codes to showcase a short video 'tutorial' and little amount of text is shown, with an example of the kind of video that could be produced for these - as well as the 'Hello Fresh' baker monthly boxes.
The promotion of the Good Mood Club is also shown through an example instagram post to grab peoples attention and bring more of a showcase on this offer for those struggling with mental health.

I also added a new idea on the back of the discussions that were had and throwing out there an introduction of 'Brunch at 42nd' - Brunch or Bottomless Brunch is an ever growing trend in restaurants, however not that known in the baking/coffee shop groups which would mean a brand new idea to bring to the table and the first to do something like this.
